Adoption Form
Completion of this form does not guarantee approval for adoption of any Furry Canines Animal. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption that we feel will not suit the dog's/puppy's requirements. Dogs and puppies are fun, loving, playful, and a lot of work. Please be sure that you can make a commitment to the care of a dog/puppy before you decide to adopt one.

    Adopters are required to pay an adoption fee, which will vary based on the selected dog. The adoption fee is considered a donation and can be used as a charitable contribution deduction by the adopter. There is absolutely no refund on puppies. Dogs 1 year or older at the time of adoption may be returned within 5 days for a full refund.
